随着我国房屋建筑和城市基础设施建设的快速发展,我国的建筑物的使用功能、安全性以及耐久性方面也需要得到不断的提升,对工程的防水设防等级也变得越来越高,因此需要对建筑工程当中的各道防水质量进行严格把控,从而确保建筑工程的整体质量。在本文当中首先对地下室防水工程当中常见的质量问题进行了分析,其次针对实际工程的防水实例,提出了相应的技术处理措施。

As a result, the waterproof rating of the project has also become higher and higher. Therefore, It is necessary to strictly control each waterproof quality in the construction project to ensure the overall quality of the construction project. In this paper, firstly, the common quality problems in basement waterproofing are analyzed. Secondly, according to the practical examples of waterproofing, corresponding technical measures are put forward.
