头痛(Headache)是神经内科门诊的常见病。其中约有半数为偏头痛(Migraine)。为了改善偏头痛的治疗效果,本文拟就其分类、致痛物质、背景频度、防治药物与药理基础等做一简要探讨。
Headache is a common neurology clinic. About half of them are migraine. In order to improve the treatment effect of migraine, this article is going to make a brief discussion on its classification, the substance causing pain, the background frequency, the preventive medicine and the pharmacological basis.
