为便于省委、省政府扩大对外开放、进行宏观决策掌握及时准确的统计信息,增进双方企业间的经贸合作,促进各自统计事业的发展,省统计局积极开展了与俄罗斯远东地区的统计合作。8月26日至29日,局长唐修亭、副局长李志范、综合处处长杜国喜等一行四人赴俄罗斯阿穆尔州首府布拉戈维申斯克市洽谈双方统计合作事宜。阿穆尔州统计委员会主席季亚琴科、副主席巴萨、丽扎等对工作组给予了热情接待。双方就统计合作的具体问题进行了磋商,并确定了今后统计合作的基本框架。
In order to facilitate the opening of the CPC Central Committee and the provincial government to carry out the policy of opening up to the outside world, conduct macro-decision-making and timely and accurate statistical information, enhance the economic and trade cooperation between enterprises of both sides and promote the development of their respective statistical undertakings, the Provincial Bureau of Statistics actively carried out statistical cooperation with the Russian Far East. From August 26 to 29, Secretary Tang Xiunting, Deputy Director Li Zhifan, Chief of Integrated Division Du Guoxi and his party went to Blagoveshchensk, the capital of Russia’s Amur State, to discuss the matter of statistical cooperation between the two sides. Amur State Statistical Committee President Ji Yakinco, Vice Chairman Barcelona, Riza and other members of the working group gave a warm welcome. The two sides held consultations on the specific issues of statistical cooperation and set out the basic framework for future statistical cooperation.
