本文着重介绍了柱塞镀铬修复的情况。指出常用的标准镀铬电流效率低、电镀工艺规范要求严、质量不够理想。作者等采用在标准镀铬电解液中添加适量氟硅酸,进行复合镀铬,使电流效率提高42~53%,加宽了工艺规范,且容易控制,所得镀层硬度、耐磨性和表面光洁度比标准镀铬好。在改进挂具的情况下,生产效率能提高两倍以上。 复合镀铬电解液的组成成分及规范是:CrO_3 250克/公升;H_2SO_4:CrO_3=1:200;H_2SiF_6 8~10克/公升;余水。温度55~62℃;电流密度50~60安培/分米~2。
