Intraoperative frozen section examination is a rapid examination method to determine the good and bad nature of breast masses, and provides an important basis for surgeons to decide the range of surgery and treatment plan. This article analyzes the diagnosis of frozen section in 324 cases of breast masses from January 1992 to December 1998. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of frozen sections in mammary tumors, and to further the surgeons and pathologists.
