目的 探讨MRI在子宫内膜癌诊断和分期中的价值。方法 12例临床怀疑子宫内膜癌的患者经MRI检查后行手术治疗,依据FIGO分期原则将MRI分期与临床分期进行比较。结果 MRI分期准确率为75%,其中Ⅰ期和Ⅲc期患者的MRI分期准确率为100％,Ⅱb期和Ⅲa期病例的手术分期大于MRI分期。结论 MRI对于Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌诊断和分期的意义显著。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial cancer. Methods Twelve patients with clinically suspected endometrial cancer underwent surgery after MRI examination. MRI staging was compared with clinical stage according to the FIGO staging principle. Results The accuracy of MRI staging was 75%. The MRI staging accuracy rate was 100% in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅲc patients. The stage Ⅱb and stage Ⅲa were more staging than the MRI staging. Conclusion MRI is of great significance for the diagnosis and staging of stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer.
