[目的]探讨氩气等离子体(argon beam coagulation,ABC)对骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor,GCT)的疗效及安全性。[方法]回顾性分析2011年9月~2015年6月间本院收治的32例骨巨细胞瘤患者;根据氩气等离子体使用情况,分成氩气等离子体组(试验组)及99%无水酒精组(对照组);术后从肿瘤复发、患肢功能等方面全面综合评价治疗效果。[结果]随访24~46个月,试验组无复发及病理性骨折,对照组复发率17%;试验组(ABC)及对照组(NABC)第3、6个月MSTS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第24个月及末次随访两组MSTS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优良率92%高于对照组的78%。[结论]氩气等离子体可引起肿瘤组织坏死,不引起病理性骨折,同时控制局部复发率,可获得良好肢体关节功能,氩气等离子体可以作为一种辅助治疗措施治疗骨巨细胞瘤。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety of argon beam coagulation (ABC) on giant cell tumor (GCT). [Methods] Thirty-two patients with giant cell tumor of the giant cell tumor admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the use of argon plasma, they were divided into argon plasma group (experimental group) and 99% Water and alcohol group (control group). After the operation, the treatment effect was comprehensively evaluated in terms of tumor recurrence and limb function. [Results] There was no recurrence and pathological fracture in the experimental group during the follow-up period of 24 to 46 months. The recurrence rate was 17% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the MSTS score between the 3 and 6 months in the experimental group (ABC) and the control group (NABC) (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in MSTS score between the two groups at the 24th month and the last follow-up (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate in the experimental group was 92% higher than 78% in the control group. [Conclusion] Argon plasma can cause necrosis of tumor tissue without causing pathological fracture, meanwhile control local recurrence rate and obtain good joint function. Argon plasma can be used as an adjuvant treatment for treatment of giant cell tumor of bone.
