当前,深入学习贯彻党的十六大精神,已在各条战线蓬蓬勃勃地开展起来。形势喜人,形势逼人,我们一定要发扬理论联系实际的优良学风,紧密联系改革开放和现代化建设实际、联系本地区本部门的工作实际,联系党员干部的思想实际,着眼于促进改革发展、维护社会稳定,着眼于党的建设的新的伟大工程,把运用党的十六大精神指导实践、推动工作为学习的出发点和落脚点,作为衡量学习是否有成效的重要标准。
