班主任是学生班集体的教育者和组织者,是学校领导进行教导工作的得力助手和骨干力量。一个班几十名学生, 是否能够成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的一代新人,在很大程度上取决于班主任工作的好坏。因此,班主任的工作态度如何,教育水平的高低,教育方法是否恰当,组织管理能力的强弱等直接关系到学校教育管理工作的正常开展。培养优秀的学生干部一个坚强的班级集体,必须拥有一批能团结在班主任周围的积极分子,并由他们来担任班级干部,组成班集体的核心,这样才能有力地推动班级各项工作的正常开展。因此,发现和培养积极分子,形成班集体核心,是班主任工作的一项重要内容。
The class teacher is a collective educator and organizer of the student class and is the right-hand man and backbone for the school leaders to teach. Whether a class of dozens of students can become a new generation of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor development depends largely on whether the class teacher is good or not. Therefore, the class teacher’s work attitude, the level of education, educational methods is appropriate, the strength of organizational management, is directly related to the normal operation of school education and management. To cultivate outstanding student cadres a strong class collective must have a group of activists who can unite around the class teacher and serve as the class cadres to form the core of the class collective so as to effectively promote the normal work of all classes in the class . Therefore, discovering and cultivating activists and forming a collective core of classes is an important part of the class teacher’s work.
