采用γ射线诱变与高浓度羟脯氨酸(HYP)离体选择的方法,获得抗羟脯氨酸(HYP)锦橙悬浮细胞系,并再生植株。抗性细胞系比供体细胞系(对照)含有较高的脯氨酸(Pro),有较高的POD与CAT活性及较强的抗HYP能力,经冷驯化后抗性细胞系的抗寒性比供体细胞提高1.4℃,同时进一步加大了抗性细胞系在抗氧化酶SOD、CAT活性和脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖含量及水势上与供体的差异。这表明,抗氧化酶活性的提高及渗透调节能力的加强与抗性系抗寒性的增强有关。
