目的:研究前列清颗粒对慢性细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用大肠埃希氏菌致慢性细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,设前列清颗粒高、中、低三个剂量组以及前列泰胶囊对照组、模型对照组和空白对照组,灌胃给药或蒸馏水。45天后处死大鼠,取全血、前列腺液、前列腺组织,检测全血和前列腺液中白细胞数、前列腺液中卵磷脂小体密度,并对前列腺组织进行病理学观察。结果:与模型组比较,前列清颗粒10.4、5.2、2.6g/kg均能明显降低模型大鼠的前列腺液中白细胞数及前列腺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01);前列清颗粒10.4、5.2g/kg能明显升高模型组大鼠卵磷脂小体密度(P<0.05),前列清颗粒10.4g/kg能明显降低模型组大鼠全血中白细胞数,减轻大鼠前列腺的病理改变(P<0.05)。结论:前列清颗粒对模型大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎有明显改善作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Qianlieqing granule on rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods: Chronic bacterial prostatitis induced by Escherichia coli in rat model was established, Qianlieqing granule high, middle and low dosage groups as well as the former column capsule control group, model control group and blank control group, intragastric administration Or distilled water. Forty-five days later, the rats were sacrificed, and the whole blood, prostatic fluid and prostatic tissue were collected. The number of leukocytes in whole blood and prostatic fluid and the lecithin density in prostatic fluid were measured. Pathological observation of prostatic tissue was performed. Results: Compared with the model group, Qianlieqing granule 10.4, 5.2, and 2.6g / kg can significantly reduce the number of leukocytes and prostate index (P <0.05, P <0.01) kg / kg could significantly increase the body density of lecithin in model group (P <0.05), while Qianlieqing granule 10.4g / kg could significantly reduce the number of white blood cells in whole blood of rats in model group and alleviate the pathological changes of prostate in rats P <0.05). Conclusion: Qianlieqing granule can significantly improve the chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats.
