关于高压消毒时制剂瓶炸毁原因和预防办法,我院从1961年起即做了初步探讨,当时是用热蒸馏水,将滤液温度由10-15℃提高到30-35℃的办法,炸瓶率由5%降至1%。灭菌时液体温度平均升高速度为4℃/分。但因滤液温度升高,使玻璃膨胀,滤器的滤孔增大,液体的澄明度下降,因此1962年10月改用如下方法后,进一步降低制剂瓶炸毁率,也提高了液体的澄明度。(一)方法:先开高压消毒器的外鍋(夹层鍋),以1公斤/方平厘米的压力预热30-40分钟。此刻液体温度由10-15℃升至30℃以上。然后闭上外鍋,打开内鍋进气栓,按常法进行灭菌。灭菌时液温升高速度亦平均为4℃/分左右。
