目的探索细菌性食物中毒病原菌诊断的各种有利条件,为微生物实验室提高细菌性食物中毒的检出率和诊断率提供可靠依据。方法查阅近年来发表的关于细菌性食物中毒影响因素及关键控制点的相关文献,对各种影响因素进行细致的梳理。结果通过分析人员物资储备、现场调查、样品采集、检验流程等各环节的影响因素及寻找各环节中能够对提高细菌性食物中毒检验时效性和准确率有贡献的有利条件及优化方法,提高病原微生物的检出率。结论检验人员须不断提高检验技能与边缘学科的知识储备,在做好质量控制的前提下,认真做好细菌性食物中毒等突发事件发生时的实验室诊断工作,最大限度的提高病原菌的检出率。
