采用花岗岩渣粉作为填料制备了JS防水涂料,研究了渣粉目数及用量对JS防水涂料力学性能的影响,并考察了JS防水涂料的耐久性能。结果表明:当石粉目数为200,用量为总粉料量的50%时,涂膜的力学性能最佳;分别经过热、碱和浸水处理后的涂膜拉伸强度都有所增大,而断裂伸长率却有轻微减小,但仍能满足标准GB/T 23445—2009中Ⅱ型涂料的技术要求,说明以花岗岩渣粉制备的JS防水涂料具有良好的耐久性能。
The JS waterproof coating was prepared by using granite slag powder as fillers. The influence of the amount and dosage of slag powder on the mechanical properties of JS waterproof coating was studied. The durability of JS waterproof coating was also investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the coating are the best when the amount of the powder is 200 and the dosage is 50% of the total amount of powder. The tensile strength of the coating after heat, alkali and water immersion respectively increases, While the elongation at break slightly decreased, but still can meet the technical requirements of type II coating in GB / T 23445-2009, indicating that JS waterproof coating prepared from granite slag has good durability.
