以０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸为溶媒，磷酸盐作缓冲对配制的氧氟沙星滴眼液，ｐＨ值为６．５，冷藏无沉淀发生，眼刺激试验与生理盐水比较无显著差别。
With 0.1 mol / L hydrochloric acid as solvent and phosphate as buffered solution of ofloxacin eye drops, the pH value was 6.5, and there was no precipitation in cold storage. There was no significant difference between eye irritation test and saline.
