为了探索嗜肺军团菌在韶关市自然感染情况,我们于1985年8月～1986年10月对韶关市人群及家畜、鼠作了嗜肺军团杆菌抗体水平测定,现报告如下: 材料和方法一、血清标本: 1.人血清:在市区医院、学校和机关采取健康人和各科病人血清。 2.动物血清:1985年12月至1986年10月于市区和县采取种猪、牛、大和鼠血清,其中猪和牛血清由市兽医防疫站提供。采集的血清均于-20℃冻存,用前经56℃30分钟灭活。
