新的医保制度及《医疗事故处理条例》的出台给医疗行业提出了新的挑战,因此,加强病案管理、规范查阅制度已成为医院管理的重要课题。1.加强病案管理,健全全方位病案管理体系,首先要树立正确的病案管理意识,其次实行现代化管理方法,再者是增强病案管理人员的法制观念。2.严格执行病案查阅制度、规范借阅手续,界定病案查阅范围,明确病案查阅责任,杜绝病案借阅中的违规行为,保护病人的隐私,维护病案的真实性、权威性和严肃性,使病案更好的发挥其在医、教、研及社会服务等方面的作用。
