目的 探讨黑龙江省常见蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的膳食暴露风险.方法 通过将黑龙江省市售常见蔬菜中甲胺磷、甲基对硫磷等12种有机磷农药残留数据和当地居民人均每日蔬菜摄入量及每种蔬菜摄入量数据结合,采用点评估法,运用接触风险指数(ERI)和膳食暴露量对常见蔬菜中有机磷农药残留进行膳食暴露评估.结果 280份蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留均有检出,甲基对硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷、久效磷检出率相对较高,检出率为3.93%~4.64%;各类蔬菜中鲜豆类和块根块茎类检出率较高;12种有机磷农药ERI在1.23E-03~4.14E-01,均小于1,氯唑磷ERI最高为4.14E-01,其次为久效磷;8类蔬菜的有机磷膳食暴露量在(2.36E-04~3.65E-01)μg/(kg bw·d),均小于各自的ADI,块根和块茎类蔬菜的农药残留膳食暴露量偏高,其中久效磷、三唑磷、氯唑磷较高分别为3.65E-01μg/(kg bw·d)、2.30E-01μg/(kg·bw·d)、1.93E-01μg/(kg bw·d).结论 黑龙江省常见蔬菜中块根和块茎类有机磷农药残留氯唑磷和久效磷的接触风险指数明显高于其他蔬菜种类,但膳食暴露量均小于各自的ADI值,尚不存在膳食暴露风险.“,”Objective To assess the dietary exposure risk of organophosphorus pesticide residues in common vegetables in Heilongjiang province. Methods Point evaluation method was chosen to assess the exposed risk index ( ERI) and dietary exposure and the dietary exposure of organophosphorus pesticide residues in common vegetables using the data of 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues, such as methamphetamine and methyl parathion in the common sold vegetables, and the average daily vegetable intake and the average vegetable consumption of local residents in Heilongjiang province. Results Twelve organophosphorus pesticide residues in 280 vegetables were all detected. The detection ratios of methyl parathion, acephate and monocrotophos were relatively high, and the range was from 3. 93% to 4. 64%. The detection ratios of fresh beans and root tubers were highest in all kinds of vegetables. The ERI of 12 organophosphorus pesticide were ranged from 1.23 E-03 to 4. 14 E-01, which were less than 1. The highest ERI of isazofos was 4. 14 E-01, followed by monocrotophos. The dietary exposures of chlorazophos in 8 kinds of vegetables were between 2. 36 E-04 to 3. 65 E-01 μg/ ( kg bw·d), and all of them were less than their respective daily allowable intake ( ADI). The dietary exposures of root tubers were higher than others, and the dietary exposures of monocrotophos, triazophos and isazofos were 3. 65 E-01, 2. 30 E-01, 1. 93 E-01 μg/ ( kg bw·d), respectively. Conclusion Although the exposed risk indexes of organophosphorus pesticide residues in root tubers in Heilongjiang province was obviously higher than other vegetables, the dietary exposures of organophosphorus pesticide residues were less than ADI and there was no risk of dietary exposure.
