近一年多来,金关工程取得了突破性的进展,金关工程建设成果开始产生显著的社会效益和经济效益。金关工程的近期工作重点是实现外经贸部和相关部委间的网络互联和信息共享,制定实施“两项标准”——统一进出口企业代码,进出口商品代码,建设“四个应用系统”——配额许可证管理系统,进出口统计管理系统、出口退税管理系统、出口收汇和进口付汇核销系统,初步实现金关工程的近期目标。这“两项标准”和“四个应用系统”的实施应用是实现金关工程建设目标,实现信息交换的基础。
In the past year and more, the Golden Gate Project made a breakthrough progress, and the achievements of Golden Gate Project started to produce significant social and economic benefits. The recent work of the Golden Gate Project focuses on networking and information sharing between MOFTEC and relevant ministries and commissions, formulating and implementing the “two standards” - unifying the code of import and export enterprises, importing and exporting commodity codes, building “four application systems” - Quota license management system, import and export statistics management system, export tax rebate management system, export collection and import verification system, the initial realization of the recent objectives of the project. Implementation and application of these “two standards” and “four application systems” are the basis for achieving the goal of construction of the Golden Gate Project and realizing the exchange of information.
