在日益全球化信息化的今天,社会需要大量能与世界进行交流沟通的交际型英语人才,我国基础英语教育要大力加强对学生英语交际技能的培养。笔者根据自己多年的英语教学经验认为,开展丰富多彩的英语活动,是一种培养学生英语交际能力最为有效的方法之一。本文先从小学生心理、年龄特征和神经学的角度论证了英语活动对学生英语交际能力的促进作用。然后从英语活动能提高学生英语综合能力,能促进学生个人整体素质以及思想品德修养等方面的提高,并能进一步引导整个英语教学系统的发展方向,促进英语技能测试标准的改革等方面论述了英语活动在小学生英语教育中的重要作用。
In today’s increasingly globalized information society, society needs a large number of communicative English talents who can communicate with the world. The basic English education in our country should greatly enhance the cultivation of students’ English communication skills.
