随着城市化进程的加快,城市的用地在扩大,而我国现有的土地资源又非常有限,很难适应城市发展对土地的需要。我国城市发展与土地供给之间的矛盾将越来越突出,城市发展很难再走单一的扩大土地的老路子,而应寻找新的发展空间,这一新的发展空间就是向地下和空中要空间,形成城市立体综合空间体系,将是我国现代化城市发展的一个方向或规划研究的一个新领域。
