在生产中,常遇到一些位置公差要求较高的深小孔加工。对于这类工件我们常采用钻模在台钻上按常规方法加工,但其位置公差难以保证。如图所示零件,钻φ2.05mm孔,按常规加工方法,其φ2.05mm孔与A基准的平行度为0.04~0.09mm,造成部分产品超差。但通过对各种因素的分析,多次试验,采用了以下措施,解决了问题。1.依靠钻套导向,钻削时先轻轻点出凹坑,定准中心。2.将台钻转速n提高到6900~10000r/min(这种转速可在高速台钻上
