为了检测岩层内部变形及其发展过程,采用埋入光纤Bragg光栅传感器的方法对水泥砂浆试件变形进行监测。制作了9种配比,36个试件,在实验室分别用MTS-815伺服试验机和WE-30型万能材料试验机进行了单轴压缩实验,并对3个埋有光纤光栅传感器的水泥砂浆试件作了深入分析。研究表明,埋入试件内部的光纤传感器在变形范围内能反映出试件内部的摩擦、滑移等现象;灰砂比为1,水灰比为0.5时抗压强度和弹性模量最大,泊松比差别很小,且无论水灰比怎么变化,试件都有抗压强度和弹性模量减小,泊松比增大的趋势;得出了最有利的封孔砂浆配比。
In order to detect the internal deformation and the development process of rock strata, the deformation of cement mortar specimens was monitored by using the embedded optical fiber Bragg grating sensor. Nine kinds of proportioning and 36 specimens were made. Uniaxial compression experiments were carried out in the laboratory with the MTS-815 servo testing machine and the WE-30 universal material testing machine respectively.
