目的:评价丙酮酸钠鼻喷剂对变应性鼻炎患者的治疗作用。方法:采用单中心、随机、平行对照研究方法,共招募53例对蒿属花粉过敏的变应性鼻炎成年患者。在蒿属花粉季进行试验,前2周统一使用鼻用糖皮质激素标准剂量进行治疗,其后患者随机分为2组,实验组(n=23)使用丙酮酸钠鼻喷剂,对照组(n=30)不使用,持续观察2周,比较2组患者的日症状评分和其他抗炎药物评分,以及鼻腔呼出气一氧化氮(nNO)的水平。结果:在2组患者基线人口学特征和过敏症状严重程度一致的前提下,实验组的日症状评分为1.4±0.6,显著低于对照组(1.7±0.4),差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);实验组的其他抗炎药物评分为(4.8±1.2),也显著低于对照组(5.8±1.2),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。实验组nNO结果为(596.3±134.6)ppb,低于对照组(709.6±311.3)ppb,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.408)。结论:使用丙酮酸钠鼻喷剂可能会减轻变应性鼻炎患者的症状,减少其他抗炎药物的使用量,其应用价值和作用机制值得进一步研究。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of sodium pyruvate nasal spray on patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: A single-center, randomized, parallel-controlled study was conducted in 53 adult patients with allergic rhinitis who were allergic to artemisia pollen. In Artemisia pollen season, the first two weeks were treated with the standard dose of nasal glucocorticoid. The patients were then randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (n = 23) received sodium pyruvate nasal spray and the control group n = 30) were not used for 2 weeks. The daily symptom scores and other anti-inflammatory drug scores of two groups were compared, and the levels of nNOS in the nasal cavity were compared. Results: The baseline symptom score of the experimental group was 1.4 ± 0.6, significantly lower than that of the control group (1.7 ± 0.4), with significant difference between the baseline demographic characteristics and the severity of allergy symptoms (P = 0.006). The scores of other anti-inflammatory drugs in the experimental group were (4.8 ± 1.2) and significantly lower than those in the control group (5.8 ± 1.2), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). The result of nNO in the experimental group was (596.3 ± 134.6) ppb, which was lower than that of the control group (709.6 ± 311.3) ppb, but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.408). Conclusion: The use of sodium pyruvate nasal spray may reduce the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, reduce the use of other anti-inflammatory drugs, its value and mechanism of action worth further study.
