心脏电交替是一种少见的心电异常现象,单纯性心房电交替尤为罕见,兹报道1例如下。患者,女,44岁。因慢性风湿性心脏病,二尖瓣狭窄伴轻度关闭不全并发心力衰竭入院。经抗心衰治疗,症状逐渐改善。于入院第三天ECG检查示单纯性P波电交替(附图)。 Cardiac replacement is a rare abnormal ECG, simple atrial alternating is particularly rare, it is reported in 1 case as follows.
