目的:分析鉴定海南桃金娘叶的挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海南桃金娘叶的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分及其含量进行分析。结果:从海南桃金娘叶的挥发油中共鉴定出50种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.98%,且以萜类为主,其中主要成分有石竹烯(13.96%),石竹烯氧化物(13.15%),2,4,5三甲基苯甲醛(9.15%),2-十二烯醛醇(8.55%),1,1,4,8-四甲基-4,7,10-环十一三烯(5.05%),反式-1,4-二甲基-β-亚甲基-环己醇(4.22%)。结论:海南桃金娘叶挥发油具有良好的应用价值,该研究为其药用功能提供了理论基础,及其综合开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。
Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Myrtolla hannai. Methods: Volatile oil from Myrtle leaves of Hainan was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents and their contents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: Fifty compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Myrtolium mongolica, accounting for 99.98% of the total volatile oil, mainly terpenoids. The main constituents were caryophyllene (13.96%), caryophyllene oxide (13.15% ), 2,4,5-trimethylbenzaldehyde (9.15%), 2-dodecenyl alcohol (8.55%), 1,1,4,8-tetramethyl-4,7,10- Triene (5.05%), trans-1,4-dimethyl-β-methylene-cyclohexanol (4.22%). Conclusion: The volatile oil of Myrtle Ipomoea from Hainan has a good application value. This study provides a theoretical basis for its medicinal function and provides a theoretical basis for its comprehensive development and utilization.
