目的氟吗西尼治疗苯二氮类药物中毒的疗效观察。方法以氟吗西尼注射液首剂量0 2mg对35例苯二氮类药物不同程度中毒患者在15s内注射。结果22例嗜睡患者在氟吗西尼首剂量后均能唤醒 ,9例浅昏迷患者在首剂量60s后追加0 1mg被唤醒 ,4例深昏迷患者除1例外其余在静注氟吗西尼0.4mg～1 0mg后5～10min被唤醒。结论氟吗西尼作为特异性的苯二氮类受体拮抗剂能迅速催醒中毒患者 ,且毒副作用小 ,疗效肯定。
Objective To observe the efficacy of flumazenil in the treatment of benzodiazepine drug poisoning. Methods Fluoxetine injection of the first dose of 0 2mg of 35 cases of benzodiazepine drugs poisoned patients with varying degrees of injection within 15s. Results 22 cases of lethargy patients wake up after the first dose of fluoxetine, 9 cases of shallow coma patients in the first dose 60s after the addition of 0 1mg was awakened, 4 cases of deep coma patients in addition to an exception in 1 cases of flumazenil 0.4 mg ~ 10mg wake up after 5 ~ 10min. Conclusion Flufenamic acid as a specific benzodiazepine receptor antagonist can quickly wake up poisoning patients, and the side effects of small, efficacy is positive.
