泸州市1995年15所哨点医院监测报告急性驰缓性麻痹(AFP)15例。15例 AFP 病例均为肢体运动障碍后2天内就诊,就诊率100.0%。防疫站接到报告48小时内调查率100.0%,而合格粪便采集率仅66.7%,主要原因是各级医疗单位迟报,漏报。
Luzhou City in 1995 sentinel hospital monitoring report of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) in 15 cases. 15 cases of AFP cases were limb movement disorders within 2 days after treatment, the visiting rate was 100.0%. Epidemic Prevention Station received the report within 48 hours of the investigation rate of 100.0%, while only 66.7% of qualified faeces collection rate, mainly due to late reporting at all levels of medical units, omissions.
