研究了磨削加工、磨削表面经过跑合后和机械研磨后的表面形貌特征、固体接 触特性、润滑效应及摩擦特性。结果得出跑合和研磨不仅降低了表面粗糙度而且磨去了 表面轮廓上的尖峰使表面形貌分布发生偏斜,两者都对减少固体接触改善润滑性能及降 低摩擦有显著效果。对比分析还得出机械研磨与跑合有相似的作用,而研磨的作用更为 明显。
The grinding process, surface topography, solid contact characteristics, lubrication effects and friction characteristics after grinding and surface grinding were studied. The results show that running-in and grinding not only reduce the surface roughness but also abrade the spikes on the surface profile to skew the topography distribution, both of which have significant effects on reducing solid contact, improving lubricity and reducing friction. Comparative analysis also concluded that mechanical grinding and running together have a similar role, and the role of grinding more pronounced.
