克山病是一种原因未明的以心肌实质变性和坏死为主的地方性心肌病。临床上以充血性心力衰竭为主要表现,病人常因反复发生充血性心力衰竭而死亡。亚急型克山病多发生在学龄前儿童,婴儿患病者甚为少见。现将作者在云南省大理县医院收治的婴儿亚急型克山病一例报告如下。
Keshan disease is an unknown cause of myocardial degeneration and necrosis of endemic cardiomyopathy. Clinically, congestive heart failure as the main manifestation of the patient often because of recurrent congestive heart failure and death. Subacute Keshan disease occurred in pre-school children, infants and sick are rare. Now the author in Dali County, Yunnan Province, admitted to the hospital subacute Keshan disease case report as follows.
