采用免疫组织化学技术，对５９例卵巢上皮性肿瘤及１１例正常卵巢组织中ＰＷＡＦ１２１蛋白的表达进行对比研究。结果显示：ＰＷＡＦ１２１蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中表达下调，且与肿瘤细胞的分化程度，淋巴转移及患者的预后有关；它的缺失可能影响整个卵巢癌的发生和发展过程
Immunohistochemical technique was used to compare the expression of PWAF121 protein in 59 cases of ovarian epithelial tumors and 11 cases of normal ovarian tissues. The results showed that the expression of PWAF121 protein was down-regulated in epithelial ovarian cancer and was related to the differentiation of tumor cells, lymphatic metastasis and the prognosis of patients. The loss of PWAF121 protein may affect the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer
