诱导气浮 (IGF) 技术能够有效处理石油工业污水, 满足环境排放要求。本文讲述了新一代IGF装置的研制, 讨论了过程动力学、实际运行数据, 并对标准尺寸、四罐WEMCO圆柱形净化器进行了性能分析。在安哥拉省的卡宾达海上Mike平台收集站进行的小型试验表明: 四罐圆柱形净化器的除油浮选动力速率与常规净化器的相当, 能够进行有效的油滴浮选。现场数据证实了圆柱形净化器性能的理论预测。
Induced air flotation (IGF) technology can effectively treat the oil industry effluent to meet environmental discharge requirements. This article describes the development of a new generation of IGF devices, discusses the process dynamics, the actual operating data, and the standard size, four cans WEMCO cylindrical purifier performance analysis. Small trials conducted at the Mike Platform Collection Station in Cabinda Offshore, Province of Angola, show that a four-cylinder cylindrical purifier can achieve effective oil-drop flotation with a degreasing flotation rate comparable to a conventional purifier. Field data confirmed the theoretical predictions of the performance of cylindrical purifiers.
