我们山西电视台《电视桥》节目开办近4年来,接待了不少兄弟电视台的同行,当他们看了我们《电视桥》节目之后,都说主持人的阵容不错,现场直播时沉着、老练、亲切、自然,应变能力强。有的还对我们的主持人能采、编、播合一给予高度评价,并说这是难能可贵的。当然,这是同行们对我们的鼓励,我们自己还是有自知之明的。这里我想结合我们节目的实际,谈谈怎样培养节
