How teachers talk to poor students is a question worth studying. The same meaning, expressed in different words, the effect is very different. Poor performance, poor grades of students often cause teacher's displeasure. Teachers are often “sad to misfortune, indignant.” When angry, blurted out, “You do not change this thing, you can not contend?” “You have nothing at all, I also casually you.” And so on, over time, the effect can only make the poor students only a little Loss of self-esteem. Poor students tend to evaluate themselves in a negative way: “I'm not natural.” “Anyway, I'm not smart, I can not learn well.” So I broke my throat and lost some of my weak confidence. If teachers often criticize poor students with words of criticism, countless times, blame, perseverance and reproach, they will certainly make them feel rebellious against you. Even if students are forced to change some bad behaviors, they will only be temporary. New behaviors that arise without real motivation are difficult
