无锡世贸大厦房屋总高度199.80m,共45层,核心筒高宽比9.7,采用钢框架-核心筒体系。介绍了该结构体系的选择、整体弹性计算结果和薄弱部位分析,并通过静力弹塑性计算分析其抗震性能。计算结果表明,混合框架-核心筒结构核心筒抗侧刚度大,在弹性阶段承担绝大部分水平力,通过合理设计,适当加强钢框架,提高其刚度和承载力,混合框筒结构也能成为双重抗侧力体系,具有较高的抗震性能。
