随着社会的多元化发展,社会主义市场经济的不断繁荣,西方的腐朽思想也趁机渗入到了我国社会中,使得企业员工在思想方面受到了各种不确定因素的影响,一些员工甚至出现了偏激思想和行为。因此,必须要加强对企业员工的思想政治教育,给予他们正确的思想引导,从而使其成为社会主义事业可靠的建设者。基于此,本文从当前企业员工的思想政治教育工作现状出发,对其中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,以期对提高企业员工思想政治教育有所裨益。
With the diversified development of society and the continuous prosperity of the socialist market economy, the decadent Western ideas have also taken the opportunity to infiltrate into our society. As a result, employees have been influenced by various uncertainties in their thinking. Some of their employees even experienced extreme excitement Thought and behavior. Therefore, we must strengthen the ideological and political education of employees and give them the correct ideological guidance so that they can become reliable builders of the cause of socialism. Based on this, starting from the current situation of ideological and political education of employees in enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the staff ideological and political education.
