一个单位的绿化美化工作搞得好坏,关键是是否有一个正确的原则和方针。正确的原则和方针应是:坚持少花钱多绿化,不花钱也绿化;以花“养”花,以花易花,以花繁花,因地制宜,因己制宜,合理绿化,科学配植。但目前不少单位的原则却是:没有的花就买,缺的东西就添,见了名花木就购,领导爱啥就搞啥。笔者提出以下三点粗浅看法,供企事业单位负责绿化工作的同志们商榷。
