[目的]了解大连市免疫规划管理人员与预防接种人员基本情况,为建设一支高质量、高素质、适应国家免疫规划服务的队伍提供参考依据。[方法]2009年8月,对大连市市、县两级所有免疫规划管理单位与各级预防接种单位相关人员进行调查。[结果]大连市、县两级免疫规划管理人员合计49名,其中21~30岁18名,31~50岁25名,>50岁6名;从事免疫规划工作1~4年的29名,5~10年的9名,11~20年的7名,>20年的4名;预防医学专业毕业的32名,临床医学专业毕业的7名,其他专业毕业的10名;大学本科及以上学历的35名,大专学历12名,中专学历2名;高级职称的3名,中级职称的27名,初级职称的16名,无职称的3名。各级预防接种人员合计2 653人,每万名新生儿配置625名。2 653人中,<31岁的占16.55%,31~50岁的占49.15%,51~69岁的占34.19%;学历中专及以下的占67.13%,大专及以上的占32.87%;初级职称的占88.62%,中级职称的占11.16%,高级职称的占0.23%。[结论]大连市预防接种人员严重不足,综合素质不高。
[Objective] To understand the basic situation of immunization program managers and vaccination personnel in Dalian and provide reference for building a contingent of high-quality, high-quality and national immunization planning services. [Methods] In August 2009, all the immunization program management units in cities and counties in Dalian City and the personnel of vaccination units at all levels were investigated. [Results] A total of 49 immunization program managers at city and county level in Dalian were included, among which 21 were 21-30 years old, 25 were 31-50 years old and 6 were> 50 years old. 29 were engaged in immunization planning for 1-4 years, 9 in 5 ~ 10 years, 7 in 11 ~ 20 years, 4 in 20 years, 32 in preventive medicine, 7 in clinical medicine, 10 in other majors, undergraduate and above 35 in education, 12 in tertiary education and 2 in secondary education. There are 3 senior titles, 27 intermediate titles, 16 junior titles, and 3 non-title titles. There are a total of 2 653 vaccination personnel at all levels and 625 per 10,000 newborn babies. 2 653 people, <31 years old accounted for 16.55%, 31-50 years old accounted for 49.15%, 51-69 years old accounted for 34.19%; secondary education and below accounted for 67.13%, college and above accounted for 32.87%; junior 88.62% of the titles, 11.16% of intermediate titles, 0.23% of senior titles. [Conclusion] There was a serious shortage of immunization personnel in Dalian and the overall quality was not high.
