The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of anti-apoptotic effect of taurine on apoptosis and to screen for the optimal concentration of tau. On the basis of high glucose-induced porcine PK15 cell apoptosis, different concentrations of Tau were added and cultured for 48 h. The total RNA was extracted and the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results showed that: the experimental group of cells all have varying degrees of apoptosis, but with the increase of Tau concentration gradually reduced the degree of apoptosis. Fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the Bax / Bcl-2 ratio decreased gradually with the increase of Tau, and at the same time the taurine concentration reached 20 mmol / L, the Caspase-3 expression also reached the lowest value. This study successfully verified the role of taurine in anti-apoptosis and screened out the best protective concentration of 20 mmol / L, in order to provide the basis for the study of taurine in the field of diabetes research.
