新中国成立以来,我国的社会主义建设取得了举世瞩目的发展成就,同时也还存在不少的矛盾和问题。科学发展观是我党在总结社会主义建设丰富实践经验的基础上,积极借鉴了当代世界各国发展的成功和挫折的历史经验,为了适应新的发展要求,完成新的历史任务而提出的,标志着我党对执政规律、社会主义建设规律、人类社会发展规律的认识达到了一个新高度。
Since the founding of new China, our socialist construction has made remarkable achievements in the development of the world. At the same time, there are still many contradictions and problems. On the basis of summing up the rich practical experience in socialist construction, our scientific concept of development actively draws on the historical experience of the successes and setbacks in the development of all countries in the contemporary world, and proposes the new historical tasks in order to meet the requirements of the new development. Our party has reached a new height in our understanding of the law of governance, the law of socialist construction, and the laws governing the development of human society.
