目的:优选赤雹根中总皂苷成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:以赤雹根总皂苷的提取率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交试验设计,优选出赤雹根中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。结果:正交试验的最佳提取工艺为8倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h,水温80℃,按照最佳工艺提取赤雹根中总皂苷,总皂苷提取率平均为3.73%。结论:实验所采用的提取工艺稳定、简便,成本低,得到的总皂苷收率较高,可作为提取赤雹根中总皂苷的最佳生产工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total saponins in red hail roots. Methods: Taking the extraction rate of total saponins from red hailgreen as index, the best extraction technology of total saponins from red hail roots was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extraction process of orthogonal test was extraction of total saponins from the red hail roots according to the best extraction conditions, the average extraction rate of total saponins was 3.73% . Conclusion: The extraction process used in the experiment is stable, simple, low cost and high yield of total saponins, which can be used as the best extraction process of total saponins in red hail.
