苏联地方诊疗所神经病科的氏自1941年起即採用皮下注射氧气法来治疗慢性酒精中毒。注射时病人取坐位,注射部位最好是肩胛部,用作者自己创造的注射器(译者按:该器构造,文中未言明),用普通皮下注射法,首次注入氧气分量为50亳升。以後每天注射增加氧气分量50亳升,一直到500毫升为度。连续注射20天为一治疗周。有些病例在休息1-2个月之後,也可施行第二治疗周。每给病人注射完後,需要卧床休息15-20分钟;这一措施可以加速皮下氧
