以氢化锂铝为还原剂,将多氯联苯还原去氯成联苯,然后用高压液相色谱进行定量分析,被认为是测定环境样品中痕量多氯联苯的一种有希望的方法。本文对这种方法做了一些改进和筒化。选择了最佳反应条件,缩短了还原反应的时间。样磊中的多氯联苯可以全部被还原成联苯,以高压液相色谱一紫外检测器进行测定,检测极限可讲达到0.5毫微克。本方法不需用多氯联苯标准样品作对照,具有操作简便,数据准确可靠等优点。
Reducing chlorine to biphenyl with lithium aluminum hydride as reductant and quantitative analysis with high pressure liquid chromatography is considered as a promising method for the determination of trace PCBs in environmental samples . This article made some improvements and simplification of this method. Select the best reaction conditions, reducing the reduction reaction time. Sample lean PCBs can be all reduced to biphenyl, a high pressure liquid chromatography UV detector for detection limit can be said to reach 0.5 ng. The method does not need to use PCB standard sample as a control, which has the advantages of simple operation, accurate and reliable data and the like.
