经济的迅速发展极大地提高了人民的生活质量和生活水平的同时,也使得人民对精神文化提出了更高的要求。保证最广大人民的基本文化需求是建设社会主义和谐社会,推动社会主义精神文明发展,营造良好的人文关怀社会环境的必然要求,这就要求相关政府部分应当大力促进文化信息资源共享工程的建设和发展。本文拟通过对文化信息资源共享工程的社会职责及其作用进行具体研究分析,为切实推动优秀文化的传播和普及提供有益指导。
