目前弹丸运动姿态测量的主要方法是对多阴影照相站抓拍的系列图像进行处理分析,而只有当多阴影照相站处在同一空间坐标系中时,才能将系列图像的特征点与该点对应的空间坐标联系起来,从而得到准确的结果。针对这一问题,利用位置敏感探测器(PSD),提出一种长距离多阴影照相站的空间坐标一致性标定方法。分析了该标定方法的测量精度和重复性。搭建了一套系统并开展了相关实验,实验结果表明,该标定方法的位置校准误差小于0.1mm。
At present, the main method of projectile motion attitude measurement is to analyze and process the series of images captured by multi-shadow camera. In response to this problem, a position-sensitive detector (PSD) is proposed to calibrate the spatial coordinates of a long-range multi-shadow camera. The accuracy and repeatability of the calibration method were analyzed. A set of system was built and related experiments were carried out.
