一、概述随着高炉燃料比的不断降低,高炉煤气发热值日趋贫化,限制了风温的提高。采用回收热风炉烟气余热来加热助燃空气(煤气)是一项既节约能源又能提高风温的有效措施。目前国内热风炉烟气余热回收已采用了回转式换热器、重力热管式换热器、焊接板式换热器及热媒体换热器等四种型式。攀钢1号高炉热风炉采用的是焊接板式换热器,在国内冶金企业尚属首次应用。它是由重庆钢铁设计研究院和攀枝花钢铁公司共同试验研制的。攀钢1号高炉热风炉焊接板式换热器于1984年9月投入使用,经一年的运行实践证明系统安全可靠,经济效益明显。每小时回
