本文以马克思主义关于分配的基本原理为基础,针对当前我国收入分配中存在的一些问题进行了专门的探讨。针对社会主义初级阶段的两极分化问题,文章指出应该按照历史唯物主义关于生产关系与生产力的相互关系的原理来理解和对待两极分化,缓和两极分化带来的社会矛盾;关于财产性收入,本文认为社会主义初级阶段的所有制结构决定了分配方式既有按劳分配,也有按要素分配,收入来源既有劳动收入,也有财产性收入(资本收入),但是应该重视保障和增加劳动收入;对于实现共同富裕,本文认为只有不断加强公有制经济,才能为共同富裕创造前提。
This article based on the basic principles of Marxism on distribution, in view of the current problems in China’s income distribution for a special discussion. In view of the polarization of the primary stage of socialism, the article points out that we should understand and treat the polarization in accordance with the principle of historical materialism on the interrelationship between production relations and productive forces and ease the social contradictions brought about by the polarization. Regarding the property income, The ownership structure of the primary stage of socialism determines that the mode of distribution has both distribution according to work and distribution according to elements. Income sources have both labor income and property income (capital income), but should pay attention to ensuring and increasing labor income; Wealthy, this paper believes that only by continuously strengthening the public ownership economy, can we create the premise for the common prosperity.
