随着市场经济环境的不断变化,现代企业在发展的过程中由于内部管理方面欠缺经验,使其在实际运营时出现各种各样的问题,这样很难提升企业自身的核心竞争力。基于这样的状况,在本次的研究中关于群众工作创新对企业建设和谐发展的价值予以论述,并根据总结出的价值内容,提出了创新群众工作的方式方法,望本文探讨出的相应结果,能引起现代企业经营者的重视,将本文提出的建议结合自身的发展状况予以完善,进而提升自身在市场经济中的综合竞争力。
With the constant changes of the market economy environment, modern enterprises lack of experience in internal management in the course of their development, causing various problems in actual operation, making it very difficult to enhance their own core competitiveness. Based on this situation, in this study, the value of innovation of mass work for the harmonious development of enterprises is discussed in this research. Based on the summed up values, the ways and means of innovation of mass work are put forward. Looking forward to the corresponding results explored in this article, Which can arouse the attention of modern enterprise managers. The proposals put forward in this paper can be consummated according to their own development conditions and then enhance their comprehensive competitiveness in the market economy.
