在“80后”被批判引发的话语权力泛滥这一事件背后,深刻揭示出一种代际关系断裂的危机,中国社会各代人的隔阂正在增大。从可持续发展的要求来说,当代人以后代人为潜在威胁,以话语作为权力,是一种伦理的丧失。因此,长辈要先确认义务,再确认话语权力。自愿通过平等的对话和沟通来处理代际间的冲突,从而建立一种可持续的代际关系。
Behind the incident that “criticized the post-80s” being criticized and led to the proliferation of discourse power, the crisis of intergenerational relations has been revealed profoundly. The barriers between generations of Chinese society are increasing. From the requirements of sustainable development, the contemporary generation is the potential threat to future generations, and discourse as power is an ethical loss. Therefore, elders must first confirm the obligation, and then confirm the power of discourse. Volunteering to deal with intergenerational conflicts through equal dialogue and communication so as to establish a sustainable intergenerational relationship.
