微博是当前成本最低、传播最快的信息公开方法,也是与百姓沟通效果最好的信息交流平台之一。开设经过认证的警务微博,是公安机关充分运用网络新媒体解答群众疑惑、疏导群众情绪、创新社会管理采取的举措之一。良好的网络空间和环境对警务微博信访工作的开展至关重要。而构建良好的网络环境,一靠法律,二靠技术。利用微博技术搭建公安信访新平台是化解公安信访难题的新途径。本文结合部分地方开展的警务信访微博工作所暴露的问题和个人经验,积极探讨微博技术在公安信访工作应用中的发展趋势与安全问题,加强应用研究。
Weibo is currently the lowest cost, fastest-spreading method of information disclosure, but also one of the best communication platforms with people. The establishment of a certified police microblogging is one of the measures taken by public security organs to make full use of new online media to answer people’s doubts, divert public sentiment and innovate social management. Good cyberspace and environment are vital to the development of policing microblogging petition work. And build a good network environment, one by law, the second rely on technology. The use of Weibo technology to build a new platform for public security letters and visits is a new way to resolve the problem of public security letters and visits. Based on the problems and personal experiences exposed in the work of Weibo in the police letters and visits in some places, this paper actively explores the development trend and security issues of the Weibo technology in the application of public security letters and visits, and strengthens the application research.
